Bought a used car. Experienced prompt and friendly service. Were able to arrange viewing on the same day as I rang. 3 month warranty. Handed me a clean serviced car. Within 2 weeks, encountered a small problem with a tyre warning light showing (had also pointed this out on test drive). Was directed to their tyre service outlets (who were honest and professional and who liaised with Lakeside to pay for the repair). A tyre sensor was missing. Lakeside covered the cost.

Bought a car from Lakeside a couple of weeks ago, the service was fantastic and the purchase process simple.

I noticed a small issue with the car after a couple days but as I don't live nearby, had to get it repaired by a local garage, which initially worried me as some garages can get a little funny when it comes to paying the bill for local repairs. That being said, Lakeside handled the repair costs in full and with no hassle, which is very much appreciated!

Just had a car from them. Contacted by email. Prompt response and timely delivery to a long distance. Sorted all issues noticed while test driving. Provided 3 months warranty including all mechanical and electrical faults with an option to service in local Vat registered service centre. That's great as Im 75 miles away from then. I would recommend them for someone need a good car delivered on your foot steps.

Thank you to Carl for a straight forward, pleasant car buying experience. I must say that Carl is very professional, honest and genuine which is hard to find these days. Carl also allowed me my own time and space to look around the car which is a must for me as part of a car buying experience. The car I purchased was exactly as described, if I had any requests to have anything checked on the car prior to buying (minor things) carl very kindly offered to do this and the after sales experience with Carl has also been outstanding. I don't do reviews to be honest - but I really felt the need to on this occasion to support carl and his business. Carl genuinely cares about the service he gives his customers and this is also hard to find these days. I cannot recommend Carl enough. The gentlemen who delivered my car - Malcom I think was one of them were very polite and nice people to allow into your home to complete the paperwork.

Rob, Andy and Carl are absolutely great.
Car was delivered on my drive when I was on Holiday and pictures send to my email.
Car had issues starting several days later and this was dealt with professional and swiftly resolved. No cost wast speared at all with this. I dropped the car off and Malcolm took me back home ( Reading). Got it fixed next day and delivered back to my home.

Buying a second hand car can be daunting but I can say buying from lakeside has bought you also a piece of mind if anything goes wrong.

Most of the cars they sell are also very low genuine miles. What I have also confirmed before committing to buy the car.

After a rather horrendous experience with one of the biggest dealers in the UK (whom I won't name on this review).

Delighted with our low mileage Skoda from Lakeside. All enquiries dealt with promptly and efficiently by Andy. Car delivered to the door by Malcolm who was extremely helpful and kind.The only downside was a strongly perfumed smell in the car which affected my wife's asthma.

It's hard to find a trustworthy car sales and after searching for months I finally found it!
